International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Refund amounts exclude return shipping costs, and the time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and, where applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our sales team at sales@ricwholesalers.co.uk as soon as possible, including your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory resolution.
